And I Quote:

Francie: "Mom, I don't know why, but I just love roller coasters, fast cars, and rock and roll."

This is why Rob is researching convents. Saints preserve us!

  1. Oh dear. Can we make a pact to keep our daughters apart? (Mine has declared she loves the smell of gasoline and cigarettes, and always wants her temporary tattoos smack dab on her forehead....a request we don't accomodate.)

Let us know if your husband finds some good convent possibilities! Have a great weekend!

  2. Oh, Aimee. That is both funny and scary! My husband and I have agreed that if we don't find a convent by age 16 our daughter will likely run away with the first guy she meets in a pick up truck!

    Lol...go Francie!

I must say I have a sneaking suspicion she gets those loves from her Aunt Juju. I, too, love myself some roller coasters, fast cars, and rock-n-roll! In fact, I Camp Rock them!! [wink, wink Aim]

(Though I must admit, her parents are pretty rockin' themselves!)

Rock On, Francie - Love, The Juje (is that rock-n-roll enough for you? :) )

  7. She sounds WAY too much like Middle Sister.
And those fast cars have to be convertibles too. Preferably red ones.
    Give me strength...

  9. Bella has decided that all she wants to wear is un-tucked black t-shirts, long jeans (so long that they puddle up around her ankles) and black boots. Bella also loves fast cars (her dad is in a car club, so she gets to be around them a lot) and she really loves motorcycles. The other day we were leaving Wal-Mart when she saw a woman getting ready to mount her purple motorcycle. Bella was in ecstasy - "Mom, there is a girl riding a motorcycle and it is purple". She actually went over to the woman and asked her some questions - I couldn't hear what but amused myself with the idea that she was asking about fuel usage and horsepower. So I have an up-and-coming biker chick, apparently.

There is a convent in Mobile that I am keeping on speed-dial, just in case.
