The Things That Spring Brings

We've had some lovely weather here for the past few days, and I've opened the windows to air out the winter funk.

Sally enjoys having her window open because she loves to set up all her little dolls and critters on the widened sill. She calls them her "people."

As I tucked her in for a nap, I asked what her people were doing on the window sill. This exchange followed:



Oh, Mama, it is a great day for a picnic, so they were having a
picnic.


That sounds like a nice time for them.

Well, it was. Until the wolf came and ate them.

Hey, I guess even wolves like a nice picnic.

  1. Funny, I only found icky, dried out bugs when I opened up some of our windows around here.
