First of all, I'd like to thank you all for the kind messages, Facebook comments, and emails that you sent about my grandmother's death. They meant so much to me and I appreciate the time you took to comfort me - it's really one of the best things about this internet world.
I wanted to respond to each of you and thank you personally, but with the funeral, Holy Week, Easter prep, and a certain 3 year old's birthday, the week got away from me, quite frankly. Just know that I am deeply thankful for your prayers and condolences.
And since life keeps going, here's what the end of our week was like:
Egg-stravagant |
Bunny with beans |
The Easter basket haul |
Don't let Baby fool you - she looks pensive, but her mouth was stuffed with jelly beans. |
My 3 sons |
All the single ladies |
"Whyyyy don't I get candy?!?!" |
The whole gang from L to R: Sally, Francie holding Baby, Fiver, Septimus, Bun and Mopsy |
Somebody had a birthday on Easter Sunday . . . |
And it was this girl! Our Mopsy turned 3. |
She's so excited! |
Pretty pink princess cupcakes |
Waiting so patiently |
"Happy birthday to meeee!" |
I hope your Easter Sunday was filled with as much love and chocolate as ours.
Mopsy is so pretty!!! And I just love toddlers, so I will take one Mopsy please. The kids look great in the Easter getups - but where were Mom and Dad...hmmmm? Sounds like you had a very hard Lent and Holy Week, but that's what makes Easter so much sweeter :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing all these pictures of your beautiful family! Still praying for you and your family...
