Home Again, Home Again

Hi Everyone! It's me, Mopsy!

We are back from vacation and Mom is really busy putting away all the junk we took with us, plus more junk that we brought home. I'm amazed that we didn't have to leave someone behind, but Dad said it was a close shave. Whatever that means.

I don't know about anyone else, but I had a great time even though I only did what I normally do, like take naps and drink milk.

Mom keeps saying that her vacations are not really vacations anymore. She says they are just like her regular job, except without all her regular stuff around her. I don't know if she's exactly correct, though, because I know the big kids got to do lots of things they never do at home.

They got to eat Pop Tarts and chicken nuggets and ice cream every day, and then they got to NOT take naps and go to bed really late and watch the awesome free cable at the beach house. They don't do any of that stuff at home, so I'm not really sure what Mom's talking about. But let's keep that to ourselves, shall we?

Mom took lots of pictures, many of which involved her and Dad trying to get us to look at the camera at the same time. She doesn't even care if we smile any more, she just wants us all looking in the same direction at the same time. So far she's S.O.L. Whatever that means.

I'm sure she'll be back around here sometime soon, but probably not until she gets to Tar-jhay to replace all the stuff in the toiletry kit that got left behind. Mom said that she can never go anywhere anymore without leaving some DING DANG thing behind.

At least it wasn't one of us.
